Transcript Request
The Registrar’s Office does not charge a fee for an official transcript. Official transcript requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of a signed transcript request form.If you do not need an official transcript, you can obtain an unofficial transcript by logging into BannerWeb.
To request an official transcript by mail:
Please print the Transcript Request or write a request. If writing a request, please include name (including former name, if applicable), address, telephone number, dates of attendance, address where transcript is to be mailed and signature. You mail or fax your request. Send request to one of the campuses listed below:
